hay un equivalente al concepto de Chickenshit en castellano?

una buena definicion del termino seria esta

"Chickenshit is so called-instead of horse-or bull--or elephant shit-- because it is small minded and ignoble and takes the trivial seriously(...) Chickenshit refers to behaviour that makes life worse than it need be; the petty harrasment of the weak by the strong,(...) and a constant "paying off of old scores"." (*)
